What evidence should be presented to the Court in seeking such requests?
What are the factors the Court will look at in utilizing its discretionary authority?
We will be reviewing several published decisions and will identify criteria that must be considered when seeking an order for additional experts in a motor vehicle injury proceeding from both the Plaintiff perspective and the Defence perspectives.
This course qualifies for 1 hour of CDP credits through the Law Society of BC.
