What are lawyers and the courts looking for in the litigation process? This program will cover report writing for medical-legal purposes, including:
- The role of the expert in the litigation process
- Technical legal requirements, which are often misunderstood
- Mentorship on how to provide a clear, concise, defensible report
- Basic formatting and drafting issues including most common pitfalls
- Rebuttal expert opinions
- Videography of an Independent Medical Examinations
This course qualifies for 1 hour of CPD credits through the Law Society of BC.
